OIL FOR HEALTH products sold on this website are shipped within South Africa only.

Please contact our office at info@oilforhealth.co.za or call +27 82 551 3428 if you are residing in a neighbouring country and would like to arrange special delivery.

The shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns on medicinal products.

Please expect a small amount of leakage as the products are mostly packed in MCT/Coconut Oil.

Exceptions to returns may be :

• The product has arrived with its seal broken.
• The incorrect product was sent.
• The product was damaged by the courier.
• The product was short packed by OIL FOR HEALTH.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Store credits and refunds will be processed within 24 hours of contacting our office.
• Product exchanges will be couriered within 5 working days of receiving the returned product from you.
• Returned items must be returned in the original packaging and a copy of the original invoice must be included in the parcel.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• You are responsible for any losses while the product is in transit from your location to our office.
